General Eligibility

• Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.

• Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 17 years old as of 31st December 2026.

• Educational Qualification: Applicants should have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

Undergraduate Programs

Engineering (B.Tech)

• Subjects in 10+2: Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following: Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Technical Vocational subjects.

• Minimum Marks:

  • General Category: At least 45% marks in aggregate.

  • SC/ST/PWD Category: At least 40% marks in aggregate.

• Diploma Holders: Candidates with a 3-year diploma in engineering under the 10+2+3 system, scoring a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved categories), are also eligible. 

Medical & Allied Health Sciences (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT, Nursing, etc.)

• Subjects in 10+2: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.

• Minimum Marks:

  • General Category: At least 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

  • SC/ST Category: At least 40% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

• Appearing Candidates: Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination in 2026 are also eligible to apply.

• Medical Fitness: Candidates must meet the required medical fitness standards. 

Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

• Subjects in 10+2: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology.

• Minimum Marks:

  • General Category: At least 50% marks in aggregate.

  • SC/ST Category: At least 45% marks in aggregate.

• Diploma Holders: Candidates with a 2-year diploma in Pharmacy are also eligible.

Law (BA LLB, BBA LLB)

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed their 10+2 examination in any stream.

• Minimum Marks:

  • General Category: At least 45% marks in aggregate.

  • SC/ST Category: At least 40% marks in aggregate.

• Age Limit: Candidates should not be more than 20 years of age as of 1st July 2026.

Management (BBA, BCA, BHMCT)

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed their 10+2 examination in any stream.

• Minimum Marks:

  • General Category: At least 45% marks in aggregate.

  • SC/ST Category: At least 40% marks in aggregate.

Postgraduate Programs

Engineering (M.Tech)

• Eligibility: Candidates must possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.

• Minimum Marks:

  • General Category: At least 50% marks in aggregate.

  • SC/ST Category: At least 45% marks in aggregate.

Management (MBA)

• Eligibility: Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

• Minimum Marks:

  • General Category: At least 50% marks in aggregate.

  • SC/ST Category: At least 45% marks in aggregate.

Law (LLM)

• Eligibility: Candidates must have a 3-year LLB or 5-year integrated LLB degree from a recognized university.

• Minimum Marks:

  • General Category: At least 50% marks in aggregate.

  • SC/ST Category: At least 45% marks in aggregate.

Medical & Allied Health Sciences (M.Pharm, M.Sc Nursing, MPT, etc.)

• Eligibility: Candidates must possess a relevant Bachelor's degree in the respective field from a recognized university.

• Minimum Marks:

  • General Category: At least 50% marks in aggregate.

  • SC/ST Category: At least 45% marks in aggregate.

Step 1: Registration

• Visit the Official Website: Navigate to the BVP CET Registration Portal.

• Create an Account: Click on "Apply for CET 2026" to initiate the registration process.

• Enter Personal Details: Provide essential information such as your name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number.

• Generate Login Credentials: Upon successful registration, you'll receive a unique User ID and password for future logins.

Step 2: Application Form Filling

• Log In: Access the application portal using your credentials.

• Fill in Details: Complete the application form with accurate information, including:

  • Personal Information: Name, gender, date of birth, etc.

  • Educational Background: Details of your previous academic qualifications.

  • Course Preference: Select the program(s) you're applying for.

  • Contact Information: Provide your current address and phone number.

Step 3: Document Upload

• Photograph: Upload a recent passport-sized photograph in JPG/JPEG/PNG format (20–50 KB).

• Signature: Upload your signature in JPG/JPEG/PNG format (10–30 KB).

• Additional Documents: Depending on the course and category, you may need to upload documents like caste certificates, income certificates, etc.

Step 4: Application Fee Payment

• Fee Amount: The application fee is ₹1,700.

• Payment Methods: Pay the fee online using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or UPI.

• Confirmation: After successful payment, a confirmation receipt will be generated.

Step 5: Submission and Confirmation

• Review: Double-check all entered details for accuracy.

• Submit: Finalize your application by clicking the "Submit" button.

• Print Confirmation: Download and print the application confirmation page for future reference.

    • Entrance Test Fee: ₹1,500

Step 1: Result Declaration

• Date: June 13, 2026

• Action: Check your results on the official website using your login credentials.

Step 2: Counselling Registration

• Date: July 23–26, 2026

• Action: Register online for the counselling process. Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria and have all necessary documents ready.

Step 3: Document Verification

• Documents Required:

  • Admit Card and Scorecard

  • 10th and 12th Mark Sheets

  • Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)

  • Passport-sized Photographs

  • Valid ID Proof

• Action: Visit the designated counselling centre with all original documents for verification.

Step 4: Choice Filling

• Action: Select your preferred courses and institutes during the counselling process.

• Tip: Choose wisely based on your rank and preferences to increase your chances of securing a seat.

Step 5: Seat Allotment

• Action: Based on your merit and choice preferences, seats will be allotted.

• Confirmation: If allotted a seat, confirm your admission by paying the requisite fees within the specified time frame.

Step 6: Reporting to Allotted Institute

• Action: Report to the allotted institute on the specified date with all necessary documents for final admission formalities.
