BCECE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (or equivalent) exam from a recognized board.

  • For Engineering, the mandatory subjects are Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM). A minimum of 45% marks is required for general category candidates, while reserved category candidates get relaxation to 40%.

  • For Pharmacy, candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and one of Mathematics/Biology/Technical Vocational Subjects. Similarly, the minimum marks criteria are 45% (general) and 40% (reserved).

  • For Agriculture, the required subject group is either PCM or PCB, depending on the course.

  • Candidates who are currently appearing for the 10+2 exam are also eligible to apply, provided they clear the exam before counselling.

2. Age Limit

  • Engineering programs have no age restrictions.

  • For Pharmacy and Medical programs, candidates must be at least 17 years old by December of the examination year.

  • For Agriculture courses, the minimum age is 16 years.

3. Domicile/Nationality

  • Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for BCECE.

BCECE 2026 Counselling/Interview

1. Registration & Choice Filling

  • Qualified candidates must register online on the BCECEB counselling portal using their Roll Number and Rank details.

3. Seat Allotment Rounds

The counselling generally comprises three rounds:

  • Round 1 & Round 2: Seat allotment based on merit, category, and choices. Each round includes:

    • Provisional seat allotment → Objection window → Final seat allotment → Download allotment order.

    • Document verification follows for confirmed seats. 

  • Mop-up Round: For filling remaining vacancies post-round 2. Registration and choice filling required again.
