The universities you have selected are some of the most competitive ones in canada . According to their ontario curriculum requirements, you need to get an 85% to be considered as a potential applicant in many of the unis like UBS, UOFT etc. But this only applies to those students following Ontario curriculum in canada. Considering that CBSE is on a higher level compared to the Ontario curriculum, you may need to get aprox 80% to be considered as an applicant , though you will be facing stiff competition from the other pool of applicants, so it wouldn't hurt to get a good percentage (around 85%+) in order to boost your chances of admission. Also you have to have really good marks in your 10th grade and 11th grade examinations, as hyderabed unis tend to focus on all round academic performance. Good luck
