Private University Estd. 1952 NIRF #1 (Medical) 2024Srinivas Institute of Management Studies is affiliated to Mangalore University and is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The Institute offers two Post-Graduation Courses namely, Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA). The Institute has produced several rank holders in the University examinations and has proved itself to be one among the best B-Schools to study in.

Placement
Placement Cell of Institute is committed to provide all possible assistance to its graduates in their efforts to find employment. The Placement service operates year round to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. Faculty is available to respond to student's questions and concerns of all kinds. The aim is to ensure that students have the information and skills necessary for an effective job search.

Srinivas Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) is dedicated to provide world class infrastructure and facilities to its students.
Classroom
All the class rooms in SIMS are equipped with LCD projectors with multimedia compatibility for improving the effectiveness of class room discussions
Laboratory
Students of Institute are provided with spacious computer labs equipped with 120 modern computers assembled specifically to suit the requirements of both Computer Science and Management students with Windows and Linux platforms.
Library
Institute provides students with spacious library with more than 15000 books in 920 different titles. Separate libraries for Management Books and Computer Science Books have been developed which are centrally controlled. The Library is under the process of digitalisation and is expected to be complete in a few months. The Library subscribes over 60 Management Journals/Magazines and 20 Computer Science Journals/Magazines along with over 30 general reading magazines and newspapers.
