The Chowgule Education Society founded in Margao Goa, Smt. Parvatibai Chowgule Cultural Foundation College of Arts and Science in June 1962. The College is Patronised by Smt. Parvatibai Chowgule Cultural Foundation – a foundation raised by the Chowgules in honour of their mother. It is the oldest institution providing instruction in Arts and Science streams up to the degree and Post graduate level in the state of Goa.

It caters Local and National Newspapers daily. The Library facilitates 20 laptops.

It's one of the finest colleges in Goa. Has amazing infrastructure. The teachers have been helpful and great towards students. It has a futsal court, where football enthusiasts can play and enjoy and have a great time there. Chowgules is life. Amazing.

This college is where dreams come true!

This college is where dreams come true. The college is loaded with facilities. The football ground is one of the best in Goa. Overall the sports department is very dedicated. The Tigers gym offers discounts to the students. The college organises many events through different departments. The college event, Tathastu, attracts a lot of colleges around Goa. The college studio, Tiger Studio, is perfect for musicians, singers, actors and anyone who wants to be an artist. The canteen is really small and the place is not enough for everyone to fit. The parking space is also small. The WiFi speed is small.

The college is great and has great respect for education. Extracurricular activities are conducted. The faculty is highly qualified and are friendly. The college is located at the Gogal Margoa, Goa, it is near the National Highway. The college provides a canteen, indoor football ground and a gym. The campus is well maintained and clean. The placements depend on scores a student gets.

I would say Chowgule College is one of the best colleges in terms of infrastructure and quality of teaching. They have some of the best teachers in my opinion. The sports facilities are also top notch. Extracurricular activities are also given importance.
