SMR College of Education is a unique self-financing College of Education in Tamil Nadu. College has obtained recognition from the State Government of Tamil Nadu and from the inspection of National Council for Teacher Education(NCTE), New Delhi. The aim of the Trust is to produce sincere, hard-working, dedicated and competent primary and elementry school teachers who can try new innovative thinking and practices in thier class rooms. College will aim at producing learner-friendly teachers who can harness the available resources in the community.
