Infrastructure, faculties and placement

Infrastructure of SSEC is average and needs to be improved a lot. Faculty are good and always available to help the students. Placements are not attractive, most of the IT companies visit the campus for jobs but popular brands are not yet seen. They provide an average of 3 L per year.

A memorable experience

This is one of the finest campuses in India. The environment of the college is really good. In addition to that, the teaching faculty is extremely supportive and motivating. I feel really privileged to be a part of such a prestigious institute. The facilities provided by the college helps a student to witness overall development and grow to be a responsible citizen of the society.

The best college

I am very happy here. My college has got the best faculty. Really enjoying my life and studies, both here. Its in the main city and transportation is also easily available. Hostel, labs, food quality, library, everything is good. The campus is anti ragging and safe for students. Placements are really good with great packages. Faculty members are highly learned. They give individual attention.

One of the best Private College of that time(2010)

While I was studying there (2010 pass out), it was one of the best private colleges after BIT, Durg. Now there are lot more branches open and it has become like Shankaracharya Deemed University itself. Faculty members were awesome specially for some difficult subjects like Mechanical Engineering , Digital and Electronics. It has all the required equipment and facility. Great labs and infrastructure used to be awesome. They use to give equal attention to extracurricular activities and other functions. Girls hostel was bit far but with good rooms and facility. (Initially hostel fees was less but later they increased it). Location was also good. They try to call as many companies for on-campus recruitment as possible both IT and core companies. More than 50% students used to get jobs through campus placements. Overall, it was a good experience. I believe it might have developed a lot more in all these years. I recommend this college (SSCET) if you are looking to do B.E from Bhilai C.G ( of course after BIT, Durg). Above review is for the oldest college (that time it was called by SSCET name. Now there are lot more branch opened).
