Placement
A Training cum Placement Cell is already operating in SHEPA for the last 6 years. The Cell is actively functioning in full swing around the year in arranging summer training and final placement of students. It plays a crucial role in establishing industry-institute linkage on the one hand and preparing and guiding the students for placement through counseling on the other. The basic objective of the summer training is to expose the students to real corporate environment and provide them opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in the resolution of real life problems. This objective is successfully being attained through the efforts of Training and Placement Cell. The other main aim of the training and placement Cell is improvement in the deployability of the students. To that end it makes a persistent effort to identify the gap between industry expectations and the students capabilities and tries to bridge the gap by organizing quizzes, GDs, seminars, workshops, guest lectures, soft-skill development programmes, personality development programme, communicational ability development programme etc. During the last 6 years about 85% of the students have been provided placement with attractive packages in prominent organizations.
Infrastructures
The institute's infrastructure is well furnished with all modern facilities. The campus has a modern canteen well furnished to cater to students’ taste. Besides beverages and snacks, it has a provision for serving meals to day boarding students as well. First aid facilities are available in the campus and a doctor visits the campus on specified days and time.
Classroom
All the classrooms of the institute are well furnished with all modern facilities.
Laboratory
The Computer Lab is fully geared up to fulfill special requirements of the students of all courses as well as to provide a stimulated business environment. The students are encouraged to follow up the technology like web-page design, e-com etc. The computers are available to the students for assignments as well as for project work.
Library
The library subscribes to 103 national and international journals in the print format besides providing access to electronic data bases. he library is being developed into a digital library with network facility with some of the best libraries of the country.
