Infrastructures
SCMS School of Engineering and Technology has world class facilities established in the campus. The workshops and laboratories are equipped with modern equipments for students. The campus has separate hostel facilities for both boys and girls and other amenities like Bank Counter, ATM facility, Book Store, Clinical Facilities, facilities for outdoor and indoor sports activities etc.
Classroom
All modern teaching aids like OHP, LCD projectors, Slide projectors, Television, VCR, P.A. systems etc. are available at the College. Technical education liaising closely with the industry in the state. This provides avenues for students to develop technical skills by updating knowledge on engineering and science subjects and also help them in gaining insights into real world experience.
Laboratory
The S.M and M.T Lab is equipped with Compression Testing Machines, Universal Testing Machines, Impact Testing Machines, Strut Testing Machines, Torsion Testing Machines, Hardness Testing Machines etc. A full-fledged Electrical lab with DC series motor, DC shunt motor, DC Compound motor, Motor Generator set, Slip ring Induction Motor, Transformers, Auto Transformer, Squirrel Cage Induction Motor, Universal Motor, Single Phase Induction Motor etc. has been set up for conducting experiments.
Library
The Library has over 17000 latest books on all relevant engineering topics. The Library also subscribes to a large number of national and international technical journals on engineering and technology. The Library is kept open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on all working days so as to enable the students make full use of the facility. In addition to this Department Libraries are also setup for each and every department.
