School of Biotechnology has excellent infrastructure that offers full fledged environment. The school has a well defined exclusive built space of about 1800 sq. meters at Aryabhatta Orbit with facilities for carrying out both regular academic and research in various areas of biotechnology, housing modern infrastructure to conduct work in Bioprocess technology, Bioinformatics, Genetic Engineering, Plant Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Immunology etc.

Classroom

All classrooms are fully furnished, equipped with teaching aids like OHP, LCD etc and well ventilated with esthetic environment.

Laboratory

The department has Biochemistry and Instrumentation Laboratory, Microbial Technology Laboratory, Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering Laboratory, Tissue Culture and Immunology Laboratory, Bio process Engineering and Downstream Processing Laboratory, Bio informatics Laboratory, Mass Transfer Operations Lab and all labs are equipped with latest equipments.

Library

The library has more than 40,000 volumes, plenty of audio- visual materials & about 200 national & international journals, is indeed a rich repository of knowledge facilitating prospects for future research. The Library building is completely air-conditioned with a seating capacity of about 600 students. A separate enclave is provided for research students.
