Rajarshi School of Management & Technology (RSMT) is located in the religious place of Varanasi. It is one of the foremost schools in management & technology. RSMT was set up in the year of 1999. RSMT is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Gautam Buddha Technical University (GBTU). RSMT's objective is to provides job oriented education for which they polish their students by experts and trains them to become a world class management leaders. RSMT emphasis on quality teaching, innovation, training for the students. The mission and vision of the institute is to develop skills and proficiency in its students through introduction to real business.

The college has well equipped state of the art computer centers with more than hundred Pentium based terminals connected with LAN and server supporting Windows NT environment, Linux (latest version), Windows XP, UNIX along with Oracle, Visual Studio .Net, Visual Studio 6.0, XML, JAVA, C, C++, Power Builder, etc. E-mail and Internet facility is also available for on-line access to information at global standards through Broadband.
Library
The college has a well stocked library with over 12,000 books on management and computers. In addition Udai Pratap College has a Central Library in which more than 10 thousands books on management and related subjects are available, which are also available for the students of RSMT.
