Its flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is also recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as equivalent to an MBA degree. Placement
NIILM CMS ranked among the top 10 B-Schools in the Country. Placement season is in full swing at NIILM-CMS. Companies across a broad spectrum of industries including public sector organizations are visiting the companies Kotak Mahindra, ING Vyasya, Royal Bank of Scotland, IDBI, UCO Bank, Bank of Baroda, ITC, Asian Paints, Berger Paints, Vadafone, HCL, ICICI Bank, Ceasefire are a few among over a 100 companies that are visiting the campus. Corporate Resource Center says that it will complete the placement process before the end of March. Majority of the students are getting multiple offers. Students with work experience are getting placed in the lateral process.
Infrastructures
Beginning life in 1996, NIILM-CMS is scaling new heights and making rapid strides thanks to its highest standards of academic excellence. Today, NIILM-CMS ranks among the country's top business school.college campus is spread around 25 acres .NIILM-CMS's complex houses 12 air-conditioned classrooms with a seating capacity of 60-80 each. In addition, there is a tutorial hall where students meet the teachers in groups and brainstorm over academic issues. Other forms of teaching like interactive sessions, workshops, seminars, leadership exercises, management games, mock interviews, meetings and role-plays are organized in the seminar and conference room. The institution has its own residential complex. Students mostly stay in the hostel.
Classroom
Institute houses 12 air-conditioned classrooms with a seating capacity of 60-80 each.The classrooms are designed in a manner that make students feel comfortable enough to actively participate during lecture sessions.
Laboratory
Institute has a state-of-the-art Wi-fi campus, which facilitates students to access global information wherever they are. It is well equipped with 200 Pentium IV computers supported by laser printers, scanners & other peripheral devices. A high speed 24 hours Internet connectivity is available to the students through the 512 kbps RF link. The hardware is supplemented by various specialized softwares like SPSS, Oracle, Tally, Visual Studio, Power Builder, working on operating systems like Windows

Institute Library has perhaps the most extensive and valuable collection of business knowledge in the country that serves the research needs of CMS faculty, staff and students.
