College is an important of KRS Group of Institutions which also includes the renowned IIET (Indian Institute of Engineering Technology) est. 1947 by our Founder Late Shri K.R.Sundararajan. Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College is affiliated to Anna University. The unfailing performance of the college in academics as well as in extracurricular activities makes MSEC one of the best colleges in the southern region. MSEC provides engineering education for the young generation of India by developing their personality and prepares them for the obstacle they will face in the industry.

Placement

The college provides placement to the final year’s student. The placement cell of the college was incepted in April 2004 and fulfilling the needs & requirements of the various organization. The Placement Cell has developed and conducted a unique event called "A Week of E3event" at the beginning of each academic year. The placement cell trained learner through various programmes including Mock Interviews/ GD's, Project Presentations, Personality Development Workshops etc.
