IMER strongly believe in creating conducive learning environment for students so that on completion of their MBA course they have abundant knowledge, huge pack of skills and right attitude with them. Placement
The Institute has an active placement cell that is aptly set up, not only to get a right job, but guides each of its students to get into the right career. The students are trained on different aspects including facing Interviews, facing Group Discussions, Professional Resume Writing, Cracking Aptitude Exams and alsio Soft Skill training through dedicated Soft Skill Lab. The Pre-Placement activities are given due importance, from day one of the MBA life of the student and the concept of mentoring each and every student is followed regularly in IMER. The Institute also has tie-up with professional training and development centre to carry out the pre placement activity in a stringent and result oriented methodology.

The IMER has Spacious classrooms, LCD projectors and modern furniture apart.
Laboratory
Institutes Computer Lab is well equipped Computers with latest configuration of , legal softwares such as Minitab (Statistcs), Agnifinance, Foxpro, Turbo C, Visual Studio and Oracle. The entire PCs are networked. The Lab has maintained student – computer ratio at 1:2.
Library
The IMER Library has a wide collection of 10,000 books, 25000 journals and periodicals and varied collection of videocassettes and CDs on Management and related areas. The Institute also has Digital Library, which subscribes, to j-gate, ICFAI online journals and Capitalline Plus, a corporate database that provides insight into Indian Companies.
