Institute of Management, Nirma University was established in the year 1996 with the mission to promote excellence in management education and to prepare young men & women to meet the challenges of the developing corporate world. The Institute was ranked among the top 15 B-Schools in the country by the survey conducted by the All India Management Association and Published in Indian Management, October 2010. The mission of the Institute is to be one of the best business schools in the Asia Pacific Region by developing leaders and entrepreneurs through cutting edge and relevant management education and development, conducting applied research, and preparing instructional resources.

Course Curriculum

Master of Business Administration (MBA)	7	Applicants are required to appear for the Common Admission Test [CAT 2015] conducted by Indian Institute of Management (IIM). The CAT examination conducted at different centres all over the country on November 29, 2015 [refer CAT Bulletin for further details at https://iimcat.ac.in/ The candidates aspiring for admissions at the Institute of Management are required to apply to the Institute separately. The Institute will receive the test scores from IIM for those candidates who have appeared in the CAT examination and have also applied to the Institute.A three-year bachelor's degree (10+2+3) or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.Candidates appearing in the final year of the Bachelor's Degree can also apply provided they furnish the proof of having met the minimum eligibility criteria by September 30, 2016. The candidates failing to meet the minimum eligibility criteria will be asked to withdraw from the programme. The tuition fee paid by such candidates will be forfeited unless such vacant seats are filled by other candidates. Application last date is 7th January, 2017.	-
Master of Business Administration (Family Business & Entrepreneurship)	0	Candidate should have passed in bachelor’s degree (10+2+3) or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. Students appearing in the final examination of a bachelor’s degree can also apply. The selection procedure for admission consists of two steps: The applicants are required to appear for the written test to be conducted by the Institute of Management at Ahmedabad. The final selection to the program would be based on the candidate’s performance in the written test, group discussion, and personal interview. Last date is April, 2017.	-
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) (Full Time)	0	Those aspiring to be admitted in the Ph.D. program must hold a master's degree or equivalent (such as PGDM) with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates appearing for final examination can also apply. The selection procedure for admission consists of two steps: Candidates will be evaluated on the basis of their applications and supporting documents and those who are eligible will be called for a written test. The final selection to the programme would be based on the candidate’s performance in the written test and personal interview.	-

A state-of-art gigabit network connects every corner of the Institutes. A 256 Mbps dedicated optic fibre leased line and Wi-Fi hotspots enable round the clock internet connectivity on the campus. Language laboratories are equipped with latest software to aid modern language teaching.

Library

Each constituent Institute of the University houses Library Resource Centre. REVIEWED MULTIPLE COLLEGES BBA phase of the course is very good it is better than maximum number of colleges which offer the course. Institute provides equal exposure and practical experience to its BBA students as that of MBA students. Faculties are very nice. Preferable course.

I consider myself lucky to be a part of Institute of Management, Nirma University. Not only does it give me an opportunity to learn from one of the most experienced professors of the nation, but also helps me to develop my personality. The beautiful campus of Nirma University is a delight to look at. It has around 27 clubs and committees that organise extracurricular activities for the students. Being a part of one of them helps me to learn practical aspects of management with ease.

Just Two years of studies along with fun!

Institute of Management is celebrating 20 years of its establishment. While joining the college it seemed to me that the college would be only having studies. But once I joined, it was a totally different environment. It was more of fun along with studies. Here we have different clubs and committees which handle all the extra-curricular and co-curricular activities of the college. Being a residential programme it was a great fun in the evening as well as night. Assignments and class tests are conducted regularly and evaluated fairly. There is no partiality regarding any case.
