ICCMRT was established in 1978 by Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and apex co-operative institutions. Today it serves as a locus of management education, management & computer training, research and consultancy. It has now diversified its activities in pursuit of its objectives to inculcate professionalism in the corporate world. The mission & vision of the university is to be an institute that believes in proactive interaction between trade, industry and the Government. Thus, the mission of the Institute is to develop professionals with management excellence, social and cultural sensitivity, ethical responsibility and concern for the environment.

Placement
Placement Committee of the Institute with students representatives makes all out efforts to secure placement of students in reputed organizations through campus interviews and other modes. Since beginning of Management Programmes, placement record of the institute has been very encouraging.
Infrastructures
The Institute is housed in its own self-contained big integrated campus (9420 sq. m.) with a blend of architectural innovation, interiors and functional convenience. It has Multi-storied buildings : academic, administrative and hostel block. The building of the Institute is coming up as a most prestigious set-up. It has centrally air conditioned seminar hall, library block, class rooms and computer labs and modern auditorium with latest sound and light facilities.

Laboratory
The computer labs are well equipped with the state-of-the-art computing resources to cater to the Academic/Training/Administrative needs of the Institute. Computer labs are equipped with Wireless LAN, internet and latest soft wares. As there is a thrust on computer knowledge and expertise in the MBA programme. The computers lab are constantly upgraded to match the latest IT requirements. All Labs are equipped with LCD for Presentation.
Library
The Institute has built up an extensive resource centre for management studies and research. The library of the Institute has at present a select list of about 10000 books on different subjects related to Management, Computers, Economics, Commerce, Co-operation, Law, Finance, Banking, Projects, series of Encyclopedia, important References etc. Besides above there are around 250 subject specific CDs/Floppies/Video Cassettes.
