The placement cell of the IFIM maintains strong nexus with top leading firms and invites them for the campus interviews. The aim of the placement cell is to develop each students management and leadership skills for facing challenges of the real business world.

The IFIM Institutions Campus is spread over 2 acres of land and the infrastructure consists of a computer lab, an integrated Wi-Fi enabled campus, student activity areas such as a lounge and snack bar, 24 classrooms of varying seating capacities, three conference halls exclusively for Executive Development Programs, a centrally air-conditioned auditorium, an amphitheater, Placement office, admissions office and an administration department.

The library information system contains a record of all books and journals. Faculty and students can access 5,000 online journals, current as well as retrospective, through the electronic database.
