HKL College has been established by Hakim Kishori Lal Educational & Charitable Society (Regd).The college is affiliated by Punjab University, chandigarh and Recognied by National Council of Teacher Edcation (NCTE). The college offers education in the field of Teacher Training. The Objective of HKL College of Education is to impart highest level of training to future teachers to keep pace with modernization and globalization, to develop scientific temper and independence of mind and spirit and thus furthering the goal of socialism, secularism and democracy enshrined in our institution and to develop sensitivity and compassion for humanity so that human resources, in the area of education, could reach to their zenith.
