Salimath Science College seeks to impart knowledge through curriculum, personality development through co-curricular activities, human values through extension activities, with a view to bring up the students in such a way as to be able to extend their helping hand in building the nation with a mind free from the sense of caste, creed and race. College objective is to impart higher education to the rural students of our draught prone area and to motivate the students to make use of the modern technology.

All the classrooms of the college are well furnished with all modern facilities.
Laboratory
The College has separate Laboratories of Physics, Chemistry, Botany , Zoology and Computer Science Departments. All The Labs are adequately equipped. With the object of providing computer knowledge to the students separate computer Laboratory is set up in the college. The lab is well established with full pledged and experienced staff providing computer education to B.Com Programme students. Internet facility is also available in the Lab. A digital Lab is setup to improve the quality of teaching
Library
There is a spacious Library in our college, having 28,000 Volumes and 30 Journals and Periodicals related to various subjects to cater to the varied interest of the students. The book-bank facility is also available for poor students.
