The Placement Cell was set up with a view to find avenues and place the management graduates in promising positions. The Cell also aims at creating a premium in the young graduates by creating awareness and training in a variety of skills that are necessary for success in careers and life in general. The Cell also forges alliances, builds bonds with the Corporate Enterprises and the Institutions. It goes without saying that the quantum of placement speaks of the quality of education and the institution and hence the challenge before the Placement Cell is clearly evident. It is a maiden attempt by the Placement Cell to bring out the brochure that reality provides a glimpse of the management graduates and the institution that has created them. The Placement Cell intends to equip the students with the necessary skills and potentialities that are highly required in the process of employment and performing goal oriented tasks. The Cell has chalked out a Comprehensive Skill Development Programme for the management graduates which includes training in areas like Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Analytical Skills, Group Skills, Business Skills, Negotiation Skills, Body Language Skills, Inter-personal Skills, Intra-personal Skills and the Job Skills.

The college has a globally standardized infrastructure. It provides all modern and advanced facilities to the students. The college is surrounded by lush green scenery and is situated on 4 acre land.

Classroom

GRCCM provides interactive and trendy classrooms for its students. The classrooms of the college are fully equipped with modern and innovative modes of teaching-learning. GRCCM classrooms have a LCD Projector, OHPs, Computers, Audio-Visual aids, Management CDs, CD Cassettes and other e-learning resources.

Laboratory

GRCCM provides state-of-art Computer Laboratory equipped 50 systems, caters to the needs of the students. The college has internet access ability and the laboratory has multi-media computers, printers and scanners.

Library

GRCCM has a spacious library with good sitting arrangements. College has a resourceful library with more than 48000 books out of which 38000 books belongs to commerce & management only. The library houses a separate reading and reference sections, and subscribes 50 national and 3 international journals.
