Diploma in Electrical Engineering - 10th passed with a minimum of 50% marks. -
Diploma in Pharmacy - Candidate should have passed H.S.C. (Science) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics. Selection is base on entrance exam held by the university. -

Library is well equipped with a Xerox machine to provide Xerox facility to the students in the college. There is a separate study room in the library for the students. I think it is one of the best engineering colleges as far as teaching faculty is concerned. It has a number of experienced teachers who teach us the concepts easily which are very complicated. It also has the all machines which are required like CNC machine. The infrastructure of this college is good. Its been a very nice experience to study here and understand things which will help us in our future. I feel proud to be GPR student.

Government Polytechnic Ratnagiri Review

Amazing college with happening surrounding. Easy access to public transport. Labs are well equipped, classrooms are spacious, library is huge and canteen serves good quality of food. Students are from different cultures and states. They are helpful and kind. Fest is organised every year, more creativeness is required. Reputed companies offer placements to the students. Open discussions, role plays, group activities etc are conducted for the students. Faculties are approachable and interactive.

Good college. It is a proud feeling being in the college. Area around the campus is great, it is well developed and clean. Easy access to public transport. Classrooms are spacious. Labs are well equipped. Library provides all kinds of books and study material. Hostels are well furnished. Campus crowd is energetic and confident. Placements are offered to almost all the students with good salary packages. Faculties are well educated and experienced. They are helpful and approachable. Overall the college is great and recommended.
