GITAM School of Architecture offers Bachelor of Architecture degree. The five year curriculum includes theory, history, technology, and structures, as well as design. The program is balanced in a way that students are given both theoretical knowledge and practical learning through trips to places of architectural interest. Design studios are built to strengthen student’s fundamental knowledge about architecture including graphics and design models. Along with this, traditional skills, geographical conditions and material are kept in mind. The skills imparted by the institution enable students to become exceptional architects. The learning and documentation cell of the school provides learning opportunities in the form of national and international tours. It includes the Department of Architecture as well.
