Faculty of Education and Psychology, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda : Fees, Admission Procedure 2025, Entrance Exam Accepted & Placements

• A candidate seeking admission to the course leading to the degree of Master of Education must satisfy the following conditions for eligibility.
•  
• Candidate seeking admission to the M.Ed. programme should have obtained at least 50 % marks or an equivalent grade in the following programmes:

1. B.Ed.
2. B.A. B.Ed., B.Sc. B.Ed.
3. B.El.Ed.
4. D.El.Ed. with an undergraduate degree (with 50 % marks in each)

• Reservation and relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other applicable categories will be as per the rules of the State Government.
• A candidate admitted to M. Ed course should not do any other course during the same academic year.

• A candidate seeking admission to the course leading to the masters in Educational Management (M.Ed.M) must satisfy the following conditions.
• He/She must possess any of the following degrees (a) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with 50 % minimum marks or equivalent grade point or PDEM with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade point.

OR

• Any Post Graduate Degree or its equivalent with 50% minimum marks or equivalent grade point.

• Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanities/Commerce or Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55 % marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme.
• He/She must be a graduate from the M. S. University of Baroda or from any other University recognized as an equivalent for the purpose.
• He/She must have taken the Bachelor’s Degree in the 10+2+3 or 11+4 pattern.
• He/She must have offered English as one of the subjects at the higher Secondary/College or University Level.
• Reservation and relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other applicable categories will be as per the rules of the State Government.
• A candidate admitted to the B.Ed. programme shall not do any other course during the same academic year.

• Candidate seeking admission to the course leading to the Professional Diploma in Educational Management (PDEM) must satisfy the following conditions:
• He/She must possess any of the following degrees:
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
• Bachelor of Arts in Education (B.A. Ed.) (Either 3 year degree or the 4 year integrated course)
• Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Education as a major subject of specialization or any other degree recognized as equivalent thereto.
• Any Post Graduate Degree or its equivalent
• Any graduate with PTC / ECCE/ HRD/ HRM/D.El.Ed or equivalent courses
• Any candidate with two years of teaching /administrative experience in schools along with Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• A candidate seeking admission to the course leading to the M.A. must satisfy the following condition.
• 50 % minimum marks or equivalent grade point in Psychology as core paper in B.A.

• A candidate seeking admission to the course leading to the M.A. must satisfy the following condition.
• 50 % minimum marks or equivalent grade point in Psychology as core paper in B.A.

• A candidate seeking admission to the course leading to the M.A. must satisfy the following condition.
• 50 % minimum marks or equivalent grade point in Psychology as core paper in B.A.
