It is a model institution to fulfill the demand of qualitative training of teachers who are going to lead new generation into the challenging 21st century. Main objective of this institution is to impart education which should have its roots in the fundamental values of indian culture but be liberalized to assimilate new elements of thought, science & technology suited to changing modern needs. College is dedicated to assurance of quality in teacher education. For this college is having one year degree course of B.Ed. having 250 seats & to meet the emergence of teacher educators the institution is having one year degree course in M.Ed. having 25 seats.

It has webcam, scanner, printer, and internet facility.The college has well equipped psychology lab having more than 200 psychological tests and apparatus for B.Ed. & M.Ed. students.College has instructional material lab where more than 1500 teaching aids are kept & are issued to the students at the time of the teaching practice.

The College has a vast, voluminous and well equipped Computerized Library that houses more than 22,000 books with internet, Book bank and open shelf facility. The book bank is maintained for meritorious and needy students. There is a colossal of reference books, rare books, journals & magazines.
