The vision of the Institute is to make a person self-reliant, selfless and and well trained in the field of education so as to serve the country. A young college with enormous potential was established by Aasra Foundations(Regd.) with the sole aim of imparting best professional education to the youth, so that they become the best knowledgeable teachers and guides, who can influence people, offer strategic direction and make good use of financial, human, technological and material resources.

Infrastructures
The institute's infrastructure is modern with well equipped facilities.
Classroom
There are spacious and well-furnished lecture halls for holding theory classes. These halls are equipped with the latest audio-visual and teaching aids for maximum communication. There are separate rooms for holding tutorials and smaller group activities.
Laboratory
The Lab. has been designed to train the students of Physical and Life Sciences. We have Models, Charts, Acquarium, Film Strips on Scientific Topics, Audio-visual aids, Skeltons of animals and plants etc.
Library
The Library of Desh Bhagat College of Education is unique in a sense being a library with learning aids of different types. The library has a sound collection of more than 11000 books and online & off line journals highlighting various fields of Education to cater the needs of both students and faculty members. There is a separate CD section in the library for the students.
