The department has a well equipped Crystal Growth Lab with multi-media facility.

Library

The Central Library is fully air-conditioned with the seating capacity of 350. The library is provided with library automation system with four Pentium computers in a network under client-server architecture. Multi-user software for library automation is available for issue, searching, administration, and reference facility for all the users.
