All the classrooms of the department are well furnished with all modern facilities.

Laboratory

The M.Sc. lab is well-equipped for conducting different laboratory exercises in basic genetics, cell biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, genetic engineering, clinical genetics, immunogenetics, behavioral genetics etc. A tissue culture room is also available. Research labs, dark room, microscopy room, fly room, autoclave and washing room etc are also available.

Library

The department of MHG has a library of its own with books for basic genetics, human genetics, molecular and cell biology, immunology, biochemistry, bio-informatics, genomic and other related fields. The present collection of books is continuously increasing with regular additions of new books.
