Classroom

The Classroom teaching is the Conventional teaching mode which is done in the respective Institutes. The Lecturers of the Faculty go to the various Institutes and take classes in their classrooms. As a means to ensure that the students participate in the class, the regular desks have been replaced by the simple plastic chairs which allow movement in all directions to facilitate group work and discussions. Laboratory

The Learning Resource Centres are established in the building where the Faculty sits. A one-storey building which seats the Faculty of English has six State of the Art Learning Resource Centres. The Learning Resource Centres are the best in the country and enable the students to learn and master English through the use of various audio-visual techniques.

Library

The Faculty of English has a Departmental Library having nearly 450 books and Cds worth Five Lakh Rupees and an amount of Rupees Thirty Lakhs has been further sanctioned for the purchase of more books in near future. The Library has books ranging from Basic English Grammar and Literary Theory to the most advanced Encyclopedias on English Linguistics.
