A candidate who has passed B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physics or Electronics or B.Sc. (Gen.) Group A (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry or Electronic Science or Computer Science) Examination of Delhi University or an Examination recognised as equivalent thereto with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate under 10+2+3 scheme (50% for SC & ST).

The candidate should have passed a master degree or equivalent from a recognised university. Selection will be based on as per the university norms.

Degree in Master of Engineering/Master of Technology (ME/M. Tech.) in the appropriate, branch from a recognised University/Institution, minimum 55% marks.
