Private University Estd. 1952 NIRF #1 (Medical) 2024College of Engineering Science and Technology popularly known as CEST is the first college of Surya Group of Institutions established in the year 2005. The college provides Bachelor of Technology and Master of Business Administration (MBA) course. All the courses are duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education, Ministry of Human Resources and Development, Government of India and the State Government. All the courses are affiliated to U.P. Technical University, Lucknow. The college imparts training to students to make them globally competent engineers and managers inculcated with human values and concern for the environment and the society.

Placement
The Training and Placement Cell looks after placement of students and their personality development. It remains continuously in touch with the various organizations and motivates them to visit the college for placement and delivering lectures. The personality development programmes are conducted by the invited eminent experts at regular intervals.
Infrastructures
The institute is well equipped with all the modern facilities.
Laboratory
The college has six laboratories that are specialized and equipped to conduct advanced practicals and research work. Some specialized laboratories include: Pharmaceutics laboratory, Pharmaceutical Chemistry lab, Anatomy and Physiology lab, Pharmacognosy lab, Microbiology lab. The campus has well furnished group of computer laboratories having 340 P-IV/Core 2 duo computers.
Library
The libraries have all modern facilities including that of internet, photo copying and scanning. The automation of the Libraries is in process. All libraries have book bank facility to facilitate students to have sufficient numbers of quality text books as prescribed in the syllabi of U.P. Technical University. The libraries have open access system. Students are free to select books of their choice.
