The total area of the library is 400 sq. meters with a seating capacity of 60 students. The library has Reprographic facility and remains open for 7.30 hours daily ( from 10.30 a.m to 6.00 p.m). It has networking facility and the Institution spends 2.5% of its annual budget on the library. The library has adequate staff members which includes Assistant Librarian and Library Attendant.

Birbhum Institute of Engineering and Technology Review

Located near Tilpara Bairaj. Birbhum Institute of Engineering and Technology has all the lab facilities available. Faculty members are good. HOD of EE Department is amazing and friendly by nature. Only 30% of the students get placed in reputed companies. Placement cell is inactive and needs improvement. Teachers are knowledgeable and experienced. Teaching methods are modernize and easy. Campus crowd is arrogant. Some of the students are mischief. Overall the college is average.

Enjoyable college life

The infrastructure of my college is quite good. Teachers are well qualified. Though it provides average placements. Infrastructure is slowly but surely getting improved. New facilities are being introduced periodically. College campus is outside of the city at a beautiful location. But there are ample transportation facilities available. So commuting is not at all a concern. Infrastructure is okay. Not too good. Labs are well equipped. And hostels are also well maintained. But library needs improvement. Technical fests and cultural fests are very popular here. Around 40-50% students get placed. Also, packages offered are quite low.

IRRELEVANT I think any parents spent that much money to make their child life secure and get good jobs , if we won't get what we are expecting then , why we need to spend that much amount for the b tech degree . we can simply go for the graduation degree and can prepare for some government sector job

Good semi government college having good facility

BIET is a semi-government college which is approved by MAKAUT. It has a good infrastructure and has good workshops for mechanical as well as civil branches. The college has great machinery and good faculty. Wifi facility is present throughout the campus.
