Bennett University : Fees, Admission Procedure 2025, Entrance Exam Accepted & Placements

• Appeared/Qualified in JEE (Main) 2017
• 10+2 wiht minimum 5 subjects passed in 2015, 2016 or 2017, with 60% aggregate marks in specified subjects
• Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects for all B.Tech programs except Biotechnology. For B.Tech Biotechnology, Physics and Biology/Biotechnology as compulsory subjects.
• DOB falls on or after 1 October 1996.

Process or Admission

The admission process shall involve the following:

• Registration of candidature by filling online application or sending  the hard copy of downloaded/purchased application  form.  The  candidate  may  fill the  application  form  without  waiting  for  the results of JEE (Main) 2017. It is essential for the candidate to provide the marks of JEE (Main) 2017
• and  10+2 examination to  the University immediately, after declaration of results of Paper -1 of JEE (MAIN) 2017, in April 2017. The marks of JEE (Main) 2017 as well as 10+2, may be filled online or  candidate  may  provide  score  cards to the  admission  office before  last  date  of  application
• process. Further, the candidate has to produce the mark sheet of 10+2 exam results at the time of document verification during registration process.
• The University merit lists shall be announced based on the actual marks obtained by the candidate in Paper-1 of JEE (Main) 2017.
• The counseling may be held on line or at a specified venue, the schedule and details of which shall be announced in due course (Tentatively 23 June 2017).
• Subsequent rounds of counseling, if required, shall be announced later.

• The candidate must obtain minimum of 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination in any discipline.
• The 10+2 examination must be passed in 2015, 2016 or 2017. Those appearing in 10+2 Examination  in  2017  must  produce  the  original  copies  of  results  latest  by  30 September 2017. All candidates who are offered provisional admission will be required to produce proof of having passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) to the  University  authorities  during  document  inspection  at  the  time  of  registration, failing  which,  such  provisional  admission  will  stand  cancelled.  If  the  results  of  10+2 examinations are likely to be declared after 15 July 2017, the candidates are advised to  seek  admission  next  year.  No  representations  for  extension  of  dates  shall  be entertained.

Admission Process

The admission process shall involve the following :

However, It is essential for the candidate to provide the marks and AIR of CLAT-2017 and 10+2 examination to the University immediatedly, after declaration of results. These marks may be filled online or candidate may provide the score cards to admission office before last date of application process. Further, the candidate has to produce the original score card of CLAT and mark sheet of 10+2 exam results at the time of document verfification during registration process.
• The University merit lists shall be announced based on the All India Rank obtained by the candidate in CLAT-2017. Category rank shall not be taken into consideration.
• Subsequesnt rounds of admissions, if required, shall be announced later.

Schedule of Admission

Tentative time schedule for meriting and offer letters is as below:

• 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 in any discipline passed in 2015, 2016 or 2017.
• Mathematics as a compulsory subject in 10+2

The candidate should have passed 10+2 in any discipline with 60% aggregate marks.

• Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a statutory university with at least 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates graduating in 2017 can also apply but must prove their eligibility latest by 30 October 2017. Further, they must ensure that their last paper of final year’s graduation examination finishes before 15 July, 2017. Those not producing the eligibility certificates as per the date mentioned will be disqualified/de-registered irrespective of them having joined the program provisionally.
• Appicants seeking admission are required to have qualified in CAT/GMAT/XAT/GRE wiht validity up to July 2017 and beyond.

60% Marks in M.E./M.Tech/M.sc./M.Phil or a minimum CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale in relevant subject OR B.Tech degree with a minimum CGPA of 7.5 on a 10-point scale or 70% marks in relevant subject.

• Management, being a multi-disciplinary fiedl, graduates with 4 years of undergraduate education and 16 years (10+2+4) of total education with minimum 60% aggregate marks in graduation are eligible to apply.
• For graduates who had done three year undergraduate programs, Master's degree along wiht minimum 60% marks in both undergraduate and post graduate degrees is mandatory.
• Valid score in National level accredited competitive exams like GAT/CAT/GMAT/GRE or qualified in NET/SLET/UGC/CSIR (JRF) or equivalent National level examination or are in reciept of fellowhis like DST/DBT/DAE/CSIR/QIP/ICMR/DRDO/INSPIRE etc.

• BE/B.Tech-CSE/IT/ECE/EE or equivalent examinations of professional institutions.
• GATE in relevant field with validity up to July 2017 an beyond.
