AF Placement Cell has been established at Air Force Record Office, Subroto Park, New Delhi.  The Cell assists the retired and shortly retiring Officers as well as PBOR to find a suitable job in the Corporate world.  The Cell maintains the data of retired and shortly retiring Officers and PBOR as well as of Private/Public Sector companies and sponsors suitable candidates to them.

Air-Warriors work on the principle of Esprit�de-Corps, therefore ex-Air Force Personnel can give much more to a company than they are expected to and become the binding force of the group. They can lead the group towards the desired goal as well as keep the people together.  They can adapt to any change and shine in adverse situation. We have the best men in every field, be it flying, technical or non-technical, who are selected through a rigorous and time-tested selection procedure and are extensively trained.

Ex-IAF Personnel have proved themselves in the fields of Banking, HR management, Marketing, Retail Chains, Construction, Inventory Management etc, apart from the aviation related jobs.  Large number of them  are already on the pay roll of major companies like Reliance, ICICI, Su-Kam, Zicom Electronic Security, Godrej, ICFAI, Vishal Retail, HCL Infosys, HCL Infinet and various PSUs like Air India, HAL, NTRO etc.  Organisations which have recruited ex-Air Force personnel are more than satisfied and have invariably come back, singing praises, asking for more personnel.

IAF Placement Cell has a databank of about 25000 personnel, with an experience of minimum 15 years, in various fields with good academic qualifications like M Tech, B Tech, MBA, MCA etc.  The data bank is expected to grow manifold with the integration of the web portal.
