XLRI teams up with US-based management school

The XLRI School of Business and Human Resources has designed an innovative programme in collaboration with Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, USA).

The program on Positive Organization Development and Change (MPOD) in India has been developed specifically for mid-level executives who have a passion for leading change initiatives.

The main objective of the programme is to boost their leadership and change management skills, build sustainable institutions, and shape vibrant communities, reports a leading daily.

The programme, which will be carried out over a period of 15 months, will start this year in November.

Out of the six one-week modules of the programme, four would be held at XLRI and the remaining two would be conducted at Weatherhead's campus.

XLRI director Fr. E Abraham said, "We are extremely pleased with our association with Weatherhead School of Management, and initiation of this new program at XLRI.”
