XLRI Announces XL-RAPT 2017 Exam Dates

Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur has finally announced the date for the XLRI Research Aptitude Test (XL-RAPT 2022). The test was earlier reported to be conducted in the month of January 2022 and yes; it will be conducted on January 7, 2022.

XL-RAPT is conducted every year by the institute to provide candidates admissions to Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) offered in Information Systems, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Production Operations & Decision Sciences, Strategic Management specializations, Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management.

XL-RAPT 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Those who want to apply for the XL-RAPT 2022 should have post graduation degree from any recognised institute of India and abroad and/or Centres of Higher Learning in any discipline with 55 percent marks for general category candidates and 50 percent for SC/ST candidates. In addition to this, the applicants should possess bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from the recognised university/institute with at least 60 percent marks which, again, remains 55 percent for the SC/ST candidates.

Or the candidates should have professional qualification like CA, ICWA or CS with at least 55 percent marks (50 percent for ST/SC candidates) or

B.Tech/BE degree or equivalent with at least 60 percent marks, which remains 50 percent for the SC/ST candidates.

How to Apply for XL-RAPT 2022

Candidates who are interested to apply for XL-RAPT 2022 can reach out to the official website and apply for the exam on or before November 30, 2022 onwards. Candidates need to register on the official website of XL-RAPT with active email id and details. After logging on to the website, candidates need to fill the application form with the required details in the prescribed format.

XL-RAPT 2022 will be a two hours long exam that will contain questions from the following fields:

• English and Verbal Abilities
