UPSC Civil Services 2016 Results Dates For Preliminary, Main Exam

The UPSC Civil Services Preliminary exam will be conducted on 7th August 2022. Candidates can visit our website for details on the admission process, eligibility criteria and admit card details.

The result for the preliminary examination is expected to be released in second week of October 2022. Candidates who clear this exam will qualify for the Civil Services Main exam.

The result for the Main exam, which will be conducted on 3rd December 2022, will be tentatively announced in April 2022. This result will qualify the candidates for the Personality Development Test & Interview.

The results for both the examinations will be announced on the official website of UPSC. Candidate must note that UPSC will not send the results or call letters to any candidate personally. To check the results, candidates need to click on the results link on the website and enter the roll number or registration ID and the date of birth.

The preliminary result is only for screening the candidates and those who qualify will be through for the Main exam. The Main exam result can also be downloaded from the official website. Candidates qualifying the Main exam will appear for the Personality Development Test and Interview. The final list of shortlisted candidates will be announced tentatively in the month of May 2022.
