UPES, Dehradun Begins UG & PG Admissions 2017

University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun has started inviting applications from candidates seeking admission in Bachelor of Design (BDes) and Master of Design (MDes) for the academic session 2022.

UPES offers these design courses in:

• Transport Design
• Industrial Design

Aspirants are recommended to submit UPES application forms 2022 before the last date of application i.e. February 10, 2022.

UPES, Dehradun Eligibility Criteria for UG/PG Design Courses 2022

For Admission in B.Des Programme: Applicants must have 10+2 qualification with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in physics, chemistry and mathematics from a recognised state board/university. Also, candidates apply through board merit must have scored at least 65 per cent in physics, chemistry and mathematics/biology at senior secondary level.

For Admisison in M.Des Programme: Aspirants should have a graduate degree in Technology/Engineering/Architectute or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in design with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Also, one needs to have a valid CEED 2022 or 2022 score or valid UPESDAT score to be eligible to apply at UPES, Dehradun.

How to Apply for UG/PG Design Courses at UPES 2022

• Visit the official website of UPES, Dehradun
• Click on ‘B.Des/M.Des’ link in the Admissions tab
• Make registration
• Fill the application form
• Enclose required documents
• Submit before the last date
• Keep a copy for future references

One should note that every applicant will be charged with INR 1850 for UPES Application form 2022.

UPES, Dehradun Selection Procedure for UG/PG Admissions 2022

After application, every aspirant will have to appear for UPES Design Aptitude Test (UPES-DAT 2022) and only the qualified ones will later be called for UPES personal interview and presentation on the work portfolio round marking as the final stage of selection.

Candidates should note that UPESDAT 2022 is scheduled to be conducted on February 15 & 16, 2022, whereas interviews and presentation of portfolio will be done on February 25, 2022.
