University of Kashmir Announces Admission for Integrated MBA 2012-2013

Applications are invited by University of Kashmir, Srinagar for admission to 5 year Integrated MBA (BBA+MBA) program offered at "The Business School" main campus, University of Kashmir and at North campus, Baramulla for the academic session 2012-13.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board or equivalent examination in any stream with minimum marks of 50% (Open merit) and 45% (Reserved categories).
• The age of candidates should not be more than 21 years as on the date of issue of this notification.

Application Procedure:

The program prospectus 2012, has a distinct serial number inside prospectus at page No. 20 which shall be available, against a cash payment of Rs. 250/- at the sale counters of The Business School University of Kashmir.

Selection Procedure for University of Kashmir: 

The selection of a candidate for the admission to the program shall be strictly based on academic merit and his/her performance in the UGAT, group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI).

The marks assigned to each component shall be as under:
Academic merit in the qualifying examination = 30 Marks
Entrance test merit = 70 Marks
The entrance test merit shall be worked as;
UGAT score (Composite) 75%
Group discussion (GD) 15%
Personal interview (PI) 10%

Based on the composite score obtained in UGAT, triple the number of seats available shall be shortlisted for GD and PI.
