University of Delhi Announces Admissions for Ph. D 2015

Department of Chemistry, University of Delhi is inviting applications for admission to Ph. D 2015. The students interested are required to get hold of the respective department on or before October 5, 2015. The candidates with direct fellowship have to go through an interview process and qualified applicants in consultation with supervisor from department will submit the application to Department Research Committee (DRC) for registration.

The candidates without fellowship have to undergo an entrance test in order to obtain the Ph. D Fellowship and admission, should apply to the department Performa. The total of 16 seats is available for Ph. D Chemistry Programme.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The applicant should have obtained at least 55 % marks in Master’s degree/M. Phil/M. Tech/LLM/MD/MD degree in the same or allied subject from a recognised University with 5% relaxation for OBC/SC/ST and Persons with Disability. The subjects for admission to Ph. D in a particular Department shall be decided by the DRC of that respective Department.
• No candidate shall be eligible to register for the Ph. D programme if he/she is already registered for any full time programme of study un any University/Institution
• The applicants applying through post have to attach admission ticker, affixing 2 photographs on the space provided in the form.
