It has been a month since the exams got over at Guru Nanak Dev University, Jalandhar, though the students get the chance to indulge in something. 1st-year students are getting training in C and C++ language and 2nd year is learning Core and Advanced Java while 3rd-year students are busy in preparing themselves for upcoming placements.
Many companies have given their consent to visit the campus from September this year to conduct placement process. Among them, TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) will be the first company to visit.
The companies will start the recruitment of the GNDU students in the first week of September. The first company for the recruitment will be TCS (Tata Consultancy Services). Students are working on to make their Technical Core subjects strong for their dream jobs. They are also working hard to improve the communication skills.
Other companies that are expected to visit the campus include:
- Capgemini
- Infogain
- Navyug
- CSC
- AMDOCS
- John Dayer
- Green pepper
- Nagarro and 10+ more companies.
The complete list of the companies, which are visiting the campus, will be released in August’16.
