To promote the Annual Technical Fest of Guru Ghasidas University, The students of the team of Equilibrio initiated a cleanliness campaign to support the Swacch Bharat Abhiyaan, on December 14, 2014.
A group of students from the Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya gathered at various locations of Bilaspur city and took it upon themselves to clean the city and set an example. The residents of the city witnessed a gathering of students holding posters and brooms to promote cleanliness and public hygiene.
The gathering happened under the Social Sunday Initiative started by team Equilibrio as a means of promoting the tech fest through various social campaigns and events.
The first event in this line got active response from onlookers and local media, as journalists from various daily newspapers flocked to cover the proceedings of the event. Team Equilibrio-2k15 looked lively as the students cleaned the city and collected the trash covering the streets, stopping only to pose for photographs.
