Sri Aurobindo College Inviting Quotations from Event Managers

Quotations are invited from event managers to organise Annual Cultural cum Student Union Inaugural Function MEHAK-2022 at Sri Aurobindo College, University of Delhi on January 29, 2022 and January 30, 2022. The specification of the requirement is closed with this notice. Event Managers are to forward complete profile along with documents in support of financial competence (Last three years Income Tax returns, Tan and PAN numbers).

Approximate budget for the entire event management is around six to Eight Lakh. Decision will be taken on the basis of profile of the company, quality of the services offered and the popularity of the Star and/or Band provided and the amount quoted.

The selected vendor shall be required to deposit an amount at 5% of the tendered amount with the college as performance security, which shall be returned subject to successful completion of the event. College reserves the right to accept or reject a quotation without assigning any reason.

Vendors are required to submit their proposal in the two separate sealed envelopes, first envelope consists their complete profile of the company and other details, and second envelope consists of financial proposal. These two sealed envelope should be put in third envelope, sealed and super scribed “Quotation for Inviting Event Management-MEHAK-2022”

The quotation should reach the College latest by December 18, 2015.
