On January 22, 2015, Prof. (Dr) BT Kaul, Chairperson, Delhi Judicial Academy delivered a special lecture on 'Protection of the accused persons under the Constitution of India' at ITM UNiversity.
Prof. Kaul is a proficient academician in Criminal Law with a teaching experience of over 31 years. He enlightened the students on constitution and criminal law in India for protection of the fundamental rights of the accused.
He also discussed 'victimology' as an emerging field in legal studies referring to various Supreme Court judgements including cases of Ajmal Kasab and Mohammad Hussain. He also inspired all the budding lawyers of the School to be good judge and lawyer in the future.
