Shankara Institute of Technology presents its national level youth fest SITE 2014 from February 27-March 9, 2014.

About the institute:

Shankara Institutes of Technology, Jaipur, promoted by the S.K Chaudhary Educational Trust, to promote quality education in Management an dtEchnology.The Institute is affiliated to the Rajasthan Technical University. It is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education,(AICTE) Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India.

At present, the institute is offering Four-year degree programme of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Three year Post Graduate programme of Masters of Computer Application (MCA) and a two years Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme. The trust is running one non-technical programme also – Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)

Admission for managemnet courses is done through RMAT and through managemnet quota which is 15%. For Engineering courses 70% admission is through RPET Examination, 15% seats from JEE & 15% seats from the Management as per existing guideline and for MCA 85% seats through RMCAAT Examination, and 15% seats by the Management as per existing guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria For Admission:

MBA:

• Candidate should be Graduate in any discipline with 50 %(45% for SC/ST/OBC).
• Candidate should be appeared in MAT/ CAT/ RMAT.

 MCA:

• Graduate from any recognized University with at least 50% marks (45 % for SC/ST/OBC) with Mathematics as one of the subject either at graduation or in 10+2 and or appeared in RMCAAT
