The session started with a reality check as to where the students want to reach, what is their dream company and whether they are through with their concepts. Following the discussion he provided clarity of how well the career should be planned, he further explained about how important the summer internship is for an MBA graduate.
The guest also made them clear that a short term experience can help to make a long term career decision. He also advised the students to choose career options that we are passionate about, and not choose a career only for a good pay package.
He also explained the importance of interns to an organization by giving corporate examples. Further he answered the queries of the students as well as made them aware about the different career options available to them in their respective domains.
Jaipuria, Indore was privileged to have a resource and a knowledge bank with them, who directed the students to the right path, and cleared some myths and taboos about the organization world.
