The much-coveted annual CSR event of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Bangalore ‘Utthaan’ was a grand success. With the theme ‘Blue Paradise: An Underwater World’ Utthaan aimed to showcase the beauty and serenity of the aquatic world and exhibit the underwater nature in its full glory and this year was hosted on August 28, 2022.
Utthaan celebrates the essence of spreading happiness and love. It seeks to convey that life, however difficult it might be, is a treasure and that we should all come together and celebrate its spirit in full. The purpose of this initiative is to bring a smile on the face of every child and to give them memorable moments to cherish forever.
The event lited up with children from various NGOs. . 117 children in the age group of 6 to 14 years old from 7 NGO's participated in the event which included:
