Shri Ram Jethmalani to Speak on Black Money at JNU, Jaipur

At the special invitation of Dr. Sandeep Bakshi, Chancellor, JNU Jaipur,  Shri Ram Jethmalani, MP & Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India  will inaugurate  a National Seminar on “Uncovering Black Money: Limits  of the Law” on 21st November, 2015. He will also chair a Panel Discussion on the subject, immediately following the inauguration. 

It is well known that Shri Jethmalani has been a steadfast campaigner to uncover black money from abroad, and a fearless fighter for the cause. The discussion is likely to be participated by Shri N.M Lodha, Advocate-General of Rajasthan, senior lawyers like Shri N. M. Ranka, Shri R. N.  Mathur, Shri Sanjay Jhanvar, Senior Partner of Chir Amrit Law  Chambers, Shri K.K. Pathak IAS, Special Secretary to the Chief  Minister, Senior Chartered Accountant Shri  Vinod Gupta, Senior  Journalist Shri Kailash Chaturvedi of Rajasthan Patrika and others.  The discussion will hopefully deal with issues of black money in their both national and international dimensions. It will also highlight the various sectors of the Indian economy that throw up opportunities for general of black money or money laundering.

The Inaugural function will be from 10.am to 11.30 am, and the Panel Discussion to be chaired by Shri Jethmalani will be from 12.00 pm to 2.15 pm.
