A one of its kind workshop was organized at Indian Institute of Technology, IIT KGP between February 16-20, 2015 which emphasized on the importance of knowledge management and innovation to improve processes
The course had a number of industry leaders and college faculty who elaborated the concepts, theories and practices to achieve competitive advantage by use of innovation and knowledge management.
The course was restricted to Executives/Managers who had working experience in HR, R&D, KM domain and faculty of AICTE approved colleges who have inclination towards HR domain. Sponsored candidates had to pay a sum of Rs 10,000 for the course. Faculty of AICTE approved colleges had to pay a minimal sum of Rs 300 only. The participants were awarded a certificate after successfully completing the course.
