Self Defence Training Programme at Punjab Agricultural University

Punjab Agricultural University introduces self defence training programme for students at University campus.

After monitoring all the incidents happening now-a-days against women, safety for them has been the rising topic for discussion. After the rape cases, different social organizations, institutes are preparing women, students to stay safe. In this regard safety training is the only weapon to strongly oppose all the crimes happen against women.

Various self defence training programme have been introduced so that women can come and opt for these to keep them safe.

Keep it in mind Punjab Agricultural University also organizing self defence training programme for girls at University campus. Classes start from 6.30 pm on daily basis. Experts are appointed to train them how to save oneself.

Hostellers as well as day-scholars also attend these sessions.
