SBI Clerk 2016 Registrations Extended

The last date for SBI Clerk 2022 registrations has been extended from April 25, 2022 to April 28, 2022. The State Bank of India has invited applications for the posts of Junior Associates (Customer support and sales) and Junior Agricultural Associates in the clerical cadre. Eligible and interested candidates can apply till Thursday, April 28, 2022. One candidate can apply for one post for vacancies in one state only. While the candidates who fall under the special recruitment drive for Kashmir Valley and Ladakh and Tura (Meghalaya) can apply for one district.

This is for the first time that SBI is conducting the clerical cadre examination in two phases namely, preliminary and mains.

The candidate must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university to be eligible for Junior Associates whereas the candidate, if applying for Junior Agricultural Associates, must have possessed Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or agriculture allied activities from a recognised university.

The age limit to apply for the clerical posts at SBI is 28 years. The candidate’s minimum age should not be less than 20 years. Relaxation will be provided as per government norms and policies.

The preliminary examination of SBI will consist of three sections viz, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability.
